ABOUT THE HOUSE

Saarang means colourful. We took that personally.

In a city that runs on schedules and traffic, we built a quieter universe where stone, water, and light make every celebration feel like a getaway.

01 / ORIGIN

Why a Bali-themed resort in Bengaluru?

The honest answer: because the alternative is another marble-floored banquet hall, and after a few hundred of those, every photo album starts to look the same.

KBL Saarang was conceived as the antidote to cookie-cutter celebration venues. We obsessed over stone, water, and the way golden-hour light falls through a courtyard, then brought that design language to South Bangalore.

The result is a resort that feels three flights away from the city, except it's a short drive from JP Nagar. Four venues, twenty-two villas and two green rooms, and one team that handles it end to end.

02 / THE RECORD

A chronology, lightly told.

2022

The vision.

The idea took shape — an antidote to marble banquet halls. Land was secured in South Bangalore and the Bali-themed design language was drawn up.

2023

The build.

Construction ran across the whole property — halls, dining floors, the poolside setting, the open lawn, and the villas all rising together.

2024

Everything opens at once.

All four venues — Vivah, Milan 1 & 2, Nirah, and Maya — launched together, alongside 22 villas and 2 green rooms. The kitchen hired its first chef-de-partie, still with us today.

2025

The first full season.

The first weddings, corporate off-sites, and family celebrations filled the calendar. The concierge and catering teams found their rhythm.

2026

The next chapter.

The grove has matured; the linen room has tripled. We are hosting more three-day affairs, fewer banquet-only weddings. The house is settling.

We do not make events. We make the few rooms in which an event can happen without interruption.

03 / THE CRAFT

Rituals we have rehearsed.

From the dawn drumline to the after-dinner sparkler send-off, our team is trained in the sequence of every regional custom we host. Nothing is improvised — every ritual, honoured in full.
